Hi, I'm Amanda - affectionately known as "The Biltong Lady" at Lymington Market. For several years now, I've had the pleasure of sharing my passion for South African-style dried cured meats with this wonderful community. The vibrant atmosphere of Lymington and the warmth of its people make every market day a joy.

At my stall, you'll discover a variety of biltong flavors - a high-protein, low-carb, and low-sugar snack that's both delicious and nutritious, perfect for muscle building or maintaining an active lifestyle. I also offer droëwors, a dried sausage ideal for lunchboxes; chili bites and snapsticks for a beefy, chewy treat; and boerewors, a curled village sausage ready for your next BBQ (braai), available in different flavors. Occasionally, you'll find assorted South African groceries and soft drinks to complement your culinary experience.

I'm excited to announce that in the near future, I'll be introducing my own line of protein powders and supplements - so watch this space!
